INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION, NEW PROJECTS AND ECONOMIC DIALOGUE IN THE REAL ESTATE SECTOR
IThe EURO EMLAK 2007 - EUROPEAN REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT AND DEVELOPMENT FAIR,
which will be organized by CNR Trade Fairs at CNR Expo Exhibition Center between
08-11 November, 2007, will be bringing the sector’s professionals together in
Istanbul. By making European architectural concepts more widespread in recent
years, the sector has created a qualitatively modern style. In this context, the
goal of this fair is to bring local firms together with the global giants, thus
ensuring eco-dialogue between contractors and investors.
Relative to the increase in population experienced in recent years, the need for
housing is dealt with as a motivating force behind the formation of livable,
comfortable, durable structures. This is triggering the construction of
structures that conform to European styles and architectural norms. Latching
onto a burgeoning property and real estate market as an investment hedge,
Turkey, which has its fair share of the extremities created in the changing
technological and agricultural fields, is attracting the attention of foreign
professionals, thanks to its favorable geographical position. Amongst the firms
scheduled to exhibit their new, contemporary projects at EURO EMLAK are; Soyak,
Teknik Yapı, Kuzu İnşaat, KC Grup, Tekçelik, Regnum, Albayrak İnşaat, Dap Yapı,
Hektaş and Garanti Koza Gayrimenkul.
Along with the boom in activity seen in the real estate / property sector, the
innovations in comfort, convenience, utilization and design that firms will be
exhibiting along with projects to be introduced, the aim of EURO EMLAK is to
facilitate interaction between foreign investors and local firms, thereby
creating new project-based business cooperation basis. Exhibitors participating
in this year’s event will be coming from the U.S. and E.U., as well as Central
Asian Republics, the U.A.E., Iran, Iraq, Israel and Syria. The fair promises to
play an effective role in bringing new vision to the sector.
